Living happens outside of black and white

Look at the World around you, how much actual black and white do you see?

If you are in nature, you may see white flowers but the earth is so many different shades of brown

The leaves so many different shades of green, as are the grasses

The flowers so many different colours

The sky, so many different colours

When you look at the oceans, the seas, the rivers, the lakes, so many different colours

Think about water, think about the beautiful reflections when water is clear and calm

Think about yourself, when you are calm, when you are relaxed, you are open to so much more.

You can listen to your Heart, listen to your Soul

You are a beautiful Being, that when you are calm and relaxed can reflect more of the beauty that surrounds you.

Allow colour into your life, bring Rainbows into your life.

Rainbows in the colours that you wear, Rainbows in the food that you eat, fresh fruit and vegetables, clean and clear water, fresh air, sunshine.

They are all here for you, to keep you healthy and well.

When you let colour into your life, your mood lightens; joy is found within; laughter comes from within.

Happiness is there, the fountain of happiness starts within your very Being

Allow the laughter, the fun, the happiness, the colour to come into your life from your self

Allow yourself to immerse yourself in fun, laughter, happiness, colour, sunshine, water, fresh air, nature and as you bring those energies from your inside out, you can share them not just with yourself but with all those that surround you.

Supporting them and giving them permission to live from their full joy, happiness, colour.

Love yourself, trust and believe in yourself, you are an amazing Rainbow Being.
