The Dragon that Guards over the Earth Crystal Apache Tear

Via Sara Jane

Your eyes are the windows to your soul.

Be aware they are windows and just like the windows of your home, it is important to keep them clean and clear.

One of the best ways you can do this, is allow to cry.

Usually, you cry when things have become distressed, unhappy, they’ve misted the windows of your Soul, so that you cannot see clearly.

Let yourself wash your eyes, your windows and as you let go of the tears, let yourself breathe, let yourself think about what has happened, what has been said.

So, it hurts but was it really aimed at you?

Now that your windows are clearing, can you open to potentially that somebody was projecting their stuff on you?

Open your eyes, open your heart, open your mind and let the flow of tears run through you like a river, cleansing and clearing all the debris from what others have said to you and done to you, let it wash away, leaving you free and clear to be open to who you are.

What speaks to you?

And if you have to let others go at the same time as the debris, then do it.

It’s hard, they have possibly been in your life for a lifetime but if their energies are clouding your ability to be yourself, to see yourself for who you truly are, then take a break from them.

They don’t necessarily have to be out of your life forever but on the other hand, if they cannot grow, as you hopefully will now grow, then maybe they are better left in the past as a lesson.

As you let go of all that no longer serves a purpose for you.

Let go of those things that don’t feel true and right for you.

Stop holding on and hoping that others will change and grow because you are wishing to do that.

Be true to yourself always, by all means shed the tears of releasing, letting go and cleansing.

They are a gift to you, to support you and then let the sun shine in, turn the tap on to your smile and let it shine through the tears, to find who you are

Namaste Sweet Souls
