If in doubt, ask.

Ask if you are uncertain about what you heard.

Ask if you think others are uncertain about what they have heard.

First listen, ask and then be prepared to talk.

So many misunderstandings could be cleared up if only, firstly you would listen, ask and talk.

Your words have many different meanings, within the context of the sentences you use and also each one of you may understand things slightly differently.

It will depend on what is going on in your life, your mood, also the individual who is saying what you are hearing or listening to what you are saying.

Don’t assume that the meaning you have to what you say, is what others hear and don’t assume that what you are hearing, is what others are meaning.

You have the gift of speech, of listening, of understanding but sometimes it can cause you more problems than you let it solve.

So, listen to yourself and listen to others, especially to what is not being said.

Always be true to you and love others, and allow them to be true to themselves, at the same time.

Listen to the sounds that surround you

Listen to the songs of the earth

Listen to the music that plays

Listen to the sounds that speak to you, in their own ways and let yourself listen to the sounds, the music, the energies that invigorate you, that relax you, that encourage you, that support you, that bring fun and laughter.
