Everything that you need to know is right there inside of you.

Is there something you would really like to experience?

Have you told people about it?

What’s their reaction?

Are you listening to their reaction?

Don’t listen to their reaction, listen to your feelings, listen to your heart.

You will start to find a joy and a love and a peace in life, when you start listening to your heart, when you start saying Yes to yourself, when you start making your own life experiences.

When you start coming up against your own challenges and actually confronting them; this is your life to live and nobody can live it for you, nor should they try and you shouldn’t be trying to live your life to please others.

It is not about pleasing others, do what is right for you and it will be right for those around you.

Have fun, have laughter, share it, experience it, bring it into the lives of others and as people watch you be true to yourself, you can help to give them the courage to be true to themselves.

Encourage others to say yes to themselves and help people to understand when you say yes, to yourself; because yes when you say yes to you, you will be saying no, to others.

You will be saying no to their experiences and encouraging them to say yes to their own.

So, live your life, love your life, be in love with yourself, giving yourself the experiences, the happiness, the pleasure that you deserve.
