New beginnings ~ everyday is a new beginning.

Let go of yesterday, let go of the past. Everyday the sun rises anew, shinning its light and warmth that seeds may grow and that you may live.

Every evening the sun goes down allowing you to rest and recharge your batteries; darkness and rest is as important as light and movement.

Your skin keeps all aspects of your body, the bones, muscles, organs in their right place, it protects and supports them. This is your physical body and it is important that you take care of it as it houses your Spirit, your Soul for this excursion into third dimensional form.

However your Spirit, Soul is not restricted in size to the size of your physical body.

De-clutter your surroundings and your life of all those things that have served their purpose. Let them go with gratitude and love for the help, support and growth that they have bought to you.

To grow further you need to open yourself up to new experiences, helping bring life to your hopes and dreams.

As you let go of the old you make way for the new, allowing new people into your life, new places, new interests.

In your heart you know what no longer feels right for you. You know what is making you feel uncomfortable, restless, irritable, even depressed, These are the things, people, places that you need to let go of.

You know what makes you feel happy, what makes you smile and gives you joy and pleasure. Invite more of this into your life.

Yes you can when you trust and let go and live in the NOW, rather than “worry” about what may never happen; life will open doors, opportunities and experiences for you.

You are a Being, a Being of love, happiness, joy, laughter, harmony and peace; these feelings honour who you are.

Invite and welcome into your life, people, places, experiences that help you to feel these feelings and help you to honour yourself.

Yes there may be times when things do not go as you would hope. Be creative in your thinking, look at what has happened from all angles and perspectives, there will be something within each situation that guides, teaches, helps you to grow and therefore does honour who you are.

Be open minded, open hearted and most of all Be You.
