A Message from Moko

The Great Lizard or Lizard King in the mythology of the Mangarian peoples of the South Pacific.

I am a protector, you are all protected. You have nothing to fear.

Fear is not real; fear is your mind, your imagination, scaring you.

How many times have you feared something, only for it to not happen?

What a waste of your time, of your energies and fear steals from you.

It steals time, it steals your happiness, it steals your NOW.

So as one of your many protectors, I am asking you to let go of fear.

It’s a thief.

You are better than the fear that comes up within you.

You can face that fear and you can ask it to leave.

There are at least 3 meanings you have for Fear, one of which is False Evidence Appearing Real and that is just what it is.

So, next time you catch yourself going into fear mode, catch yourself, stop, wooo and look at it. See it for what it truly is; “but what if this happens, but what if that happens, what if that person doesn’t like what I’m doing, what if that person thinks something different, what if, what if, what if”.

Let go of What If because in the majority of cases, the what if’s you come up with don’t happen, unless you have created them to happen because of the fear that you have gone into.

What you resist persist, what you give the most energy to within your thoughts is what you create for yourself.

So, stay in Love, stay in openness to the gifts that the Universe is bringing to you. Stay in fun and laughter and play.

You have a saying “You do not stop playing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop playing”.

Children have no fear until such time as adults have helped to create that fear within them.

Children are open, everything is an adventure; it is time to let adventure back into your life.

When was the last time you tried something new? OK only you can answer that and if it has been a long time or you can’t even remember, then please go and do something new or something that you haven’t done for so long that you really enjoyed.

Start to make your life the adventure, the experience, that it is meant to be. Allow the fun and the laughter, life isn’t meant to be serious, so allow yourself to feel the smile on your face, the smile in your eyes, that is sharing your love with yourself and everybody else around you.

We are protectors and our protection means that we will support you to let go of that fear, because fear is the only thing holding you back and it isn’t real.

We love you, we wish to see you have more fun, more laughter, more pleasure, more enjoyment, more happiness, more excitement, more adventure in your lives.

Live your life, that’s why you are here
