Water is the life blood of your planet.

Clean, fresh, pure water.

You require water to survive. The Earth, the plants, the trees, the animals, require water to survive.

When was the last time you were anywhere near fresh water, in the form of a spring, a stream, a river, a lake?

Can you get to one? Can you spend some time near fresh water?

Revitalising, re-energising You.

Listen to the sounds of the trickling or rushing of water or lapping on the shore of the lake.

Be aware of the animals that surround or live in the water, the birds that come to drink, the insects. Maybe even fish within the water.

Are there sheep, cattle, horses around. And the trees that grow on the shore or on the bank and all the plants, the wildflowers, that all bloom because of the water.

When was the last time you were near clean, clear, fresh water?

Give yourself the gift of spending time near water. Let its sounds, its energy, its flow, re-energise and revitalise you.

We care for the waters of your land and if you sit still near these waters, perhaps we will even whisper to you.

Come join us near these beautiful waters and feel the energies that you are missing, come flowing back into you.
