Your Heart is your connection to your Soul, listen to the whispers of your Heart.

Your Heart will never shout and scream at you. Be still, be quiet and in that stillness and quiet, you will hear the whispers of your Heart and Soul.

Sometimes they will send messages to you in the words of a song, in an overheard conversation, in the words of a poem or a book, on a billboard, the words in a play and sometimes you will just get a great sense of knowingness, almost as if the words have been spoken in your head.

Listen to these and trust these.

And sometimes when you hear or read information, you may feel an energy in your gut. That energy may feel like a warning, that energy may feel like a knowingness; trust it, trust your gut instinct.

Each and every one of you has the wisdom within you, the knowledge for this lifetime.

Trust and believe in yourself, in the wise woman, the wise man that lives inside of you.

You are a wise Being, still your mind, quieten your surroundings and you will hear the wisdom from within you speak.

Trust yourself, know the wisdom, when it feels right, comes from your higher Being, your Soul, your Spirit, Source.

You are the wisdom, the wise woman or man, that you are looking for to guide you in this life.
