Are you happy with your life?

Is it filled with sunshine and laughter and happiness and joy?

Yes, there will always be challenges but that doesn’t stop you from experiencing them with an element of joy and fun and laughter.

Growth doesn’t have to be a struggle, it is your perception of what is happening in your life that affects the way you feel about it.

If you look at your life and there are things that you really don’t like, you have the choice to change them; it is your choice.

You do not have to put up with things.

It may feel uncomfortable at the time to change them but once you take that courage in your hands and say “No, no more”, you close the door and the Universe opens so many more doors for you.

Take the courage in your hands, to take control of your life; to choose and to go with your choices.

Every choice, every step on your path; it is your path, nobody else’s; don’t let others rule your life and try never to rule another’s life.

Each one of you is a perfect individual, a uniqueness in your own right.

You are not somebody else and somebody else is not you. You will always have different perceptions, different understandings to everybody else.

You are amazing and no, you will not be everybody’s cup of tea but that’s OK, it’s alright.

You have your journey, others have their journey.

Trust your journey.

As your life will touch others lives, so others lives will touch yours.

People will stay in your life for as long as they are meant to.

It may be for a moment, a brief connection when you are out for a walk in nature and you say hello to someone, it could be a friend from school and it is purely during the school years or a friend from school who is still in your life years later.

A partner, some partners are long term partners, other partners it is a shorter time.

Family, however long each individual stays in your life.

You have the choice to let the sun into your life.

Step back into yourself to connect with you, the sunshine, the laughter, the fun, the joy, the happiness, is all within you, waiting for you to connect with it, acknowledge it and live with it and in it.

Trust and believe in yourself, love yourself, laugh with yourself, feel happy and joyful with yourself, with every aspect of you; your child, your teenager, your young adult.

Every step of your journey, be with yourself, love yourself, be joyful in your life.
