It is OK to have fun, to laugh, to have enjoyment in your life.

You are an amazing being and fun and laughter, are part of who you are.

Enjoying life is part of what you are meant to experience,

So, are you?

Are you having fun?

And if you aren’t, why not?

Take some time and really think about it, are you letting things, people, work control your life?

Are they draining the joy out of you?

Learn to take control of your life, back.

Learn to say No to those people and those things that don’t resonate with you and that is OK; they may have done once but you change, they change.

I would rather you use the word “grow” – you grow, they grow and it is OK if people grow apart.

Staying in, a job, in a relationship, in a friendship, in a place just because you have spent so much time there and you feel it is your security, your comfort zone, doesn’t mean that you can’t let it go and that you shouldn’t step away from it.

Life is for living.

When was the last time you did something new, something you have never done before?

When was the last time you challenged yourself?

When was the last time you did something a little scary?

It is fun to be the true you because the true you knows how to have fun, how to live with the challenges, to explore, to experience.
