Love your Name, it is who you are. Love yourself the true you.

Do you ever ask yourself “Who am I? What am I doing here?”

The answer is “I am” and “I am here to live, experience and enjoy life”

Next time someone asks you who you are answer “I am (use your first name and if you have to your surname)”; if you feel the need to clarify with I am so & so’s Mother, Wife, Daughter – Father, Husband, Son, do so only after you have used your name.

You belong to you; you are not an appendage or a chattel of anyone else.

As much as you are all one, you are also an individual and it is time to take back your power. Time to be true to you, time to honour your choices, time to live from your heart.

Every time you allow someone to hurt you, either physically or emotionally, you are giving them that power. You can only be hurt if you let someone hurt you.

Either remove yourself from that person’s presence or stand up for yourself with confidence, calmly and quietly. Strength comes in quiet confidence not in anger and retaliation; that is just fear and will bring more of the same.

Learn to say NO to what doesn’t feel right to you, to what no longer serves you.

Learn to say YES to those things that feel right for you, regardless of what others may be thinking or say. It could be jealousy on their part because you have the courage to be and do what they would like to be and do.

Let go of other people’s judgement, let them get on with their life and you get on with yours.

You are far too Special to let others live their lives through you or to live your life through others.

Be true to yourself, to the things that make your heart sing, that bring you joy & wonder and that bring you a sense of achievement and pride in yourself.

Achieving is good, being proud of yourself and acknowledging yourself for all the work and effort you put into something; whether baking a cake or building a house, whatever it is however small or large is important.

Every achievement, every success helps you to grow and supports you along the next step of your life’s journey.

Do not be afraid to try something new. There is no such thing as a failure or a mistake. Everything is a learning curve and helps you grow.

Nothing you try is ever wasted, every experience brings you more information and knowledge that you will be able to use in the future.

Enjoy the journey, enjoy all your experiences and remember to have lots of fun, laughter and play along the way.
