Are you in an up or a down, a twist or a turn or is your path in front of you, beautifully straight, occasionally offering you a diversion?

Yes, there are times when your path seems clear and that is because you are following your heart choices, your soul choices.

But it won’t stay like that, not because you aren’t following your heart choices but because life is about experiences, growing, becoming the best possible you.

Experiences are your way of giving you the next aspect of learning, the next step forward.

But life does allow you the calm, the down times, the rest times and if you are in one of those currently, enjoy that down time, that rest time, that me-time, because there will come a time when it is time to fully engage in the next step.

Think about a river, how often does it flow straight, think of all the different terms, the twists, the turns, the bow lakes, the meanders.

Think about a railway line, they don’t all go straight all of the time; think about the roads, especially the country roads.

Life isn’t about straight lines, it is about the twists and the turns, the ups and the downs.

Think about the view when you are on an up but actually the view when you are on a down, can also be amazing if you open your eyes.

Every twist, every turn gives you a new aspect and new sense of perception.

Open to the differences, the changes because it is all part of your life. It is for you to enjoy.

Find the good, the fun, the laughter, the happiness within all that you do, within all that life brings.

Yes we understand it can feel a struggle at time but you have the strength, you have the knowledge, you have the patients and the understanding to achieve everything your soul has set out for you.

It’s right there inside of you. Trust You. You are an amazing being
