Sunshine; a warm sunny day; Nature’s Smile

When was the last time you let yourself “see” when out in nature?

When was the last time you were out in nature?

Take time to be a witness to the beauty of nature, let yourself smile; let Mother Nature share her precious gifts with you.

Have you ever deliberately gone for a walk in the rain, feeling the drops of rain on your face?

How did it feel? Did it make you smile?

A smile can say so much:

And so much more

In everything that you do find something to smile about

With everyone you meet, find a reason to share your smile.

It’s time to share your smile, to bring sunshine into your own life and in to other’s lives.

How do you feel when someone smiles at you?

Help them to feel the same; share yours back.

A gentle smile is like the sun peeping out from behind a cloud, laughter is a bright sunny day with a clear blue sky; share the warmth of your inner sunshine.

If you don’t know how watch children at play, watch them as they see their first flower, their first baby animal, feel the energy of their excitement, their happiness, their sunshine.

Inside of you is your child, your inner child who still remembers how to smile, laugh and play, ask their help if you are struggling.

What fascinated you as a child, what made you smile and laugh, bought you joy?

Get back in touch with that aspect of you; blow away the cobwebs and clouds, let your inner sunshine, your inner light shine for all to see.

As your light shines, help and support others to shine their light, to throw open the windows to their soul.

It is time to go on a negativity diet, even if it is only for 1 day a week; stop listening to the news, stop reading newspapers, stay away from negative people.

Listen to music that makes you happy, read a book or a story that inspires you, watch children playing, have a play day with family and friends, go paddling in the sea, treat yourself to an ice cream or some candy floss, go for a walk in nature, whatever makes you happy.

Slowly expand the hours, the days that you keep negativity out of your life, the more you find the positive in everything, the more positive will be in your life, the more you will find you have to smile about.

Keep it simple and feel the warmth and love in every day as you let yourself smile and shine.
