A Meditation for You
Close your eyes
Go deep within your Heart, right to its centre and find the flame that lives there, that is the Light and Love of your life, your Spirit, your Soul.
From this safe place put your roots down into Gaia, Mother Earth, let them go deep, deep, deep into Mother Earth, to her very core, to the Crystals at her Heart.
Let your roots wrap around a Crystal

Sit quietly and let yourself feel the energies of that Crystal and the Love and Support of Gaia travel back up your roots, into your feet, up into your legs and slowly into your whole body and into your Heart.
As the energy arrives in your Heart, watch your flame grow, feel its Love & Caring.
Become aware of your whole body as the energy courses through your arteries and veins. Feeds you muscles, organs, all of You.
Sit with that feeling for a few minutes, just breath and allow yourself to feel.
When you are ready, bring yourself back to the here and now.
Become aware of your breathing, move your fingers and toes, your ankles and your wrists, your arms and your legs, stretch your whole body and open your eyes.

Putting your roots down into Mother Earth is a good way to Ground yourself and to re-charge your energies.
Gaia is always there for you.
Your roots will always find the Crystal at her heart that is right for you in that moment.
When you are feeling stressed, uncertain, overwhelmed, at any time if you would like our help – ask, we are all there for you.
Remember you are Special, a Beautiful being of Light & Love.
You are never on your own, you have many guides and guardians; someone is always with you, even if you can’t see, hear or feel us, we will never desert you.
