Learn from the past, Live for today.

This is your life here and now in this time.

And yes, there is so much available to you today, that wasn’t available in the past but there is still much wisdom from the past that you can learn from.

Have you ever heard the saying “history repeats itself”?

History only repeats itself because people haven’t paid attention to history to what failed and they think that because things are different today, that the same result won’t occur.

That is history repeating itself.

So, listen to your elders, not everything they say will be relevant but it is amazing just how much can support you in today’s life.

Manners, integrity, listening to others, hearing what is being said, having ethics, understanding, caring.

Also taking care of yourself, you can’t pour from an empty pot. Do listen to those who encourage you, to take care of yourself, to learn to say no to others and yes, to yourself.

Listen to the wisdom of your elders, they have much to teach you.

You also have much to learn about your ancestry, about your parents past and your grandparents past and your great grandparent’s past.

Have you looked into your own family line and what some of them experienced?

You may not have them around to talk to, to listen to but in this day and age, with all the technology you have, you can still find out things about your ancestors.

Yes, I am the Sphinx and yes, I am ancient and I hold ancient wisdom but many of you are ancient Souls, have had many lifetimes, many experiences.

Please get out of your head and listen to your heart.

Your head is right here and now, it has been your protector for too long, warning you about dangers that don’t exist anymore in your life.

So, learn to listen to your own heart, which is connected to your Soul, your Soul has had many experiences, it holds much wisdom and as you hear wisdom from others, especially elders, feel how that wisdom makes you feel.

There are going to be times when something will hit you right in your core. Listen to it, the truth of it and bring it into your life, into your understanding, into creating new experiences for you and changing outcomes of old experiences.

You are here to grow, some call it learning, but you are here to grow, you are here to remember what you already know.

Because yes, deep down, you do already know everything you need to know for this lifetime.

It is supporting yourself to tap into that knowledge, which lies deep within you, not outside you, within you.

And you can hear triggers to awaken that knowledge and that wisdom from the outside but it is all within you.

Listen, hear and take on board those things that speak to you, to support you in the here and now and your future.
