It is time for all of you to stand on your own two feet.

Yes, we are aware there are those that require help and support.

However, it is not, in many cases, about doing things for them, it is about supporting them to do the things for themselves.

The greatest growth comes with the doing.

The greatest growth comes with Being true to you.

The greatest growth comes with learning to say NO

No, to those things that do not resonate with you.

No, to those things that really do not feel right to you, don’t speak to you.

You do not need to give reasons or excuses, as to why you are saying No and if people require them, you still don’t have to give them.

As much as you are to learn to say No, you must also learn to hear No.

As you ask people to respect your choices, it is important for you to respect other people’s choices.

When someone says No, it can actually be a gift, a greater gift than a yes from somebody who does not actually wish to be doing it.

A much greater gift than a yes can be.

No can support you to do something for yourself or to make you re-visit what you were thinking about and find another way.

Trust and believe in yourself

Trust and believe in the gifts that you bring and go out and share those gifts, with people that you can help and support, to help and support themselves.

None of you are here to Do things for people

You are a Being first and foremost

You are a Being, not a doing

So, let go of what other people may think or say about you when you stand up for yourself, when you set boundaries and start to be true to you.

What they think and say has nothing to do with you, that is their stuff.

You are amazing, each and every one of you is amazing in your own unique individual way.

There is a saying you have

“You were born unique, don’t die a copy”

And another that says

“Be Yourself, Everyone Else is Taken”
