Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, it is also held within the heart, Your Heart.
There is true beauty in everyone and you will find it in their Heart.
Open to the beauty that is within you, that is the true you. Yes You are Beautiful.
It is time to let go of all the false and contrived behaviours that you have learned with the hope that others will like, accept, even love you.
Listen to your feelings and let go of your fears.
Do not confuse feelings with fears.
Fears are all in your head, they are the ego’s way of keeping you safe but they also hold you back.
So many of you live your life from your head, from fear; False Evidence Appearing Real is one of your anagrams for the word fear.
Fear stops you from closing old doors that have served their purpose, keeping you stuck.
It stops you from turning round and seeing new doors which are opening for you, from opening them when they are right in front of you.
You cannot fail; there is no such thing as failure, it is just another step on your journey, a means of re-directing you if you are going in the “wrong” direction.
See “NO” to one thing as being the opening to New Opportunities in another direction.
Nothing in your life is a waste, every experience however small is part of your journey, teaches and guides you; supports you with Being the very special and beautiful Being that you are.
It is time to shed the cloaks, knock down the walls, unlock the doors that have been “protecting” you from the hurt and pain caused you in your earlier years.
They have served their purpose; it is time to let them go. To step out into the light and feel the warmth of the sun, the kiss of the rain, the caress of the wind as nature shows you how treasured you are.
It is time to show the world the real you, to share your love, your gifts, your beauty.
It is time to step into your own power, to touch the lives you are here to touch, to stop hiding and join life rather than sitting on the side lines and watching it go by.
Sit and relax, tune in to the love within your Heart, expand the flame of love that sits there until it fills your heart.
Expand it further into your chest cavity, slowly expanding it to encompass your whole Being.
Let the love for yourself shatter the barriers you have erected to protect you. Let it encompass and envelope you in its warmth, its truth, its guidance.
The love within your heart is your truth, your intuition, the source of your life.
Allow yourself to rest in nature to incorporate this new way of being, become used to being You. Let nature re-charge and re-energise you, supporting you.
As you allow the love within you to blossom, so too will you blossom; letting the world see the beautiful being that has been hiding away.
Trust and believe in yourself, in the beautiful being of love that you are.
