You have a dark side; you have a light side.
Your shadow side, many see as being your dark side but is it really or is it just that place of all the hurt, pain and the anger that you haven’t known how to deal with or you haven’t made the time to deal with?
Anger, hurt and pain that has built up from experiences throughout your life, especially in your early years.
If an aspect crops up from your “shadow side”, it is asking for help, it is asking to be acknowledged, to be listened to, so that it can heal.
Your shadow side, your dark side is not an evil aspect of yourself, it is a hurt and possibly angry aspect of yourself and you can support that aspect of yourself, to heal, to become whole again. To feel listened to, loved, cared about, heard.
After all when we are hurting, whether physically or emotionally, we just wish to feel listened to, heard and loved.
And when we feel that, we can relax, we can become calmer, we can find more joy and fun in life.
And the most important person to listen to your inner child, is You. You are the only one who can support that aspect of you to reintegrate into the whole of who you are.
The aspects on the shadow side just wish to come home and reintegrate and be happy and loved.
Some of you can do this for yourself, some of you may require some support, there are those out there who can support you.
Trust your gut instincts, your inspiration, your intuition and the feelings about the people you connect with and you will become whole again.
