When your Chakras are vibrant, healthy and in alignment you are an amazing Being and at one with all that surrounds you.
Sometimes your Chakras get blocked.
Base Chakra
The Chakra of conception and birth ~ I Am
Be true to who you are, to the Being you were born to Be and not to who you think the world wants you to be.
Sacral Plexus
The Charka of early childhood, where the seeds are planted, shaping you ~ I Feel
Feel what is right for you, listen to your gut instincts, be true to your feelings.
Solar Plexus
The Chakra of action and growth ~ I Do
Open to all the opportunities life is offering you; let yourself experience life in all its glory and wonder.
When you act on opportunities you grow, becoming the best possible You.
Heart Chakra
The Chakra of Love & Caring ~ I Love
Love comes in many forms and first & foremost it is important to Love Yourself, truly, deeply and unconditionally.
When you do that you can truly act out of Love in every situation you find yourself in; empowering you with honesty and truth; especially learning to say No to others and Yes to yourself.
Throat Chakra
The Chakra of communication, of voice ~ I Speak
Your voice is a powerful thing, use it wisely and only speak or sing your truth, from your heart, your soul.
Tap into the honesty and truth within your Heart Chakra and share the guidance and wisdom that is within you.
Third Eye Chakra
The Chakra of sight and seeing ~ I See
Allow the connection of your Eyes to your Heart Chakra, Sacral Plexus and Throat Chakra.
As your eyes see, your Sacral Plexus feels; let your Heart Love and your Throat speak your truth.
Seeing is believing, make sure you are seeing everything in a situation and let go of all judgement,
Crown Chakra
The Chakra of understanding and enlightenment ~ I Understand
When all your Chakras are in alignment, when you pay attention to the gifts each of your Chakras brings you, you can open to the bigger picture, the beauty of the gift of life and all the experiences it brings you.
When you are fully connected within yourself; Mind, Body and Spirit, you become aware of your connectedness to all that is, to Source.
