White is not the absence of colour, it is all the colours combined.
Look around you, look at the sky, the colours of the clouds; look at the earth, the colours of the grasses, trees and their leaves, the flowers; the colours of the different animals and insects; the different colours of people’s skin, hair and eyes. Colour surrounds you everywhere you go.
You have many sayings which use colour:
- The green-eyed monster of jealousy ~ The grass is always greener on the other side ~ to have green fingers
- Seeing red ~ Red herring ~ To paint the town red
- Feeling blue ~ A bolt from the blue ~ once in a blue moon
- Black mood ~ The pot calling the kettle black ~ Black & blue
- White as a sheet ~ White as the driven snow ~ Lily-white
- Tickled pink ~ Seeing the world through rose coloured glasses
When was the last time you saw a Rainbow? Are you aware that the colours of the rainbow are the same as those for your 7 main Chakras (energy centres)?

Next time you see a Rainbow whether caused by rain & sunshine or the sun shining on a crystal, take a close look.
Allow colour into your life; wear colourful clothes, add a splash of colour to your surroundings; paint a wall, add colourful co-ordinates or some flowers, hang a crystal in your window.
Colour helps you to brighten your mood, to lift your spirits, to encourage joy into your life.
Open your eyes and let yourself truly see the beauty of everything that surrounds you.
Open your heart to the beauty and love that is everyone. Let go of judgment, learn to see what is on the inside and not the barriers that so many put up in the guise of body tattoos, out of the ordinary clothes, unusual hairstyles and colours.
Be true to yourself and let down your own barriers. Let the world see the true beauty that is you; the bright shiny colours that make you the unique and wonderful Being that you are.
There is no need to hide; you are protected by the colour of Love, the pure unconditional Love that lives in your Heart.
The love that is a beautiful flame; close your eyes and visualise the flame, watch it expand and grow, slowly filling your heart, your chest cavity, your body and then encompassing you; protecting you without need for walls, barriers, doors.
As you grow in love for yourself, as you become aware of your true colours, your love and understanding for others grows.
You start to realise that what can be conceived as “harsh words” are not aimed at you, they have nothing to do with you; they are all about that individual and what they are going through.
Once you realise this, they can no longer hurt you, affect you.
When you “feel hurt” you “fight” back compounding the issue.
When you wrap those words and actions in Love they can no longer hurt anyone.
You are a very Special Being, there is no one more or less Special than You.
Always be true and honest with yourself and everyone around you, everyone whose life you touch.
Let your true colours shine brightly adding to the beauty of everything in Nature.
