Life is happening with every seed that sprouts, every leaf that buds, every flower that blooms.

Life is happening with the birth of an insect, animal, human, with every first breath, with every first step.

And life goes on even as a planet dies, a creature or human takes their last breath.

Life is happening all around you in so many ways.

So, what are you doing with your life?

Are you being true to you or are you trying to be what others want you to be?

If this is what is happening in your life, then you are a doing and not a being.

You can only truly BE, truly live, when you are following your heart, your intuition, your gut instincts.

To fully live your life, experience those things that speak to you.

Has something caught your attention, on an advert, on the internet or have you watched someone do something and thought “I’d like to try that”?

Well what is stopping you?

Do it.

If you are unhappy with your “lot”, what are you doing to change it?

You could start by looking for all the positives in your life.

Do you have a roof over your head, food on your table, cloths to wear?

Do you have family & friends?

You may not have everything you want but you do have all you need.

Start with gratitude for what you do have; only when you are grateful for what you have, can more come into your life/

Happiness lives within you, within the gratitude for what life has given you.

Happiness does not come when you have more of anything, it comes from within.

Live your life, find pleasure in all that it has to offer you.

Find pleasure in the beauty that surrounds you.

Open your Heart, open your mind, it is all there for you, when you open to it.
